Hehehhehe.^.^!aint those monsters cute?

nothing much today.Just that the landlord`s kids came over from keningau last night and they are pretty annoying like the cat,Moxie.
There were 3 of them,all bout 3,2 or 4 years old and they watched cartoons early this morning.
Quarrelled pretty much times among each other and cried a few times.shouted BRILLIANT MANY TIMES.eee.so noisy!

In the afternoon they played some computer game and turned on the volume so loud,i can even hear it very clearly from my room.

currently using daddys lappie to online.
Did i mention that there`s line in my rental house now?

NO?

YEA!=D,theres wireless connection in my house now!OH YEA!=D =D!
But,i still have to wait for daddy to buy a lappie for me so that i can webcam with jacinta every single day like how we use to talk through the phone together.=)

There is this super annoying stray cat grey and white in colour,kinda nice looking fur.
the first time i saw it,it WAS REALLY OBEDIENT.
it didnt dare to come in the house,so i jus it som scraps of food and stroked it several times.
the next day,i named the cat moxie.
I took that name out from golden compass`s second edition book:The subtle knife.
Then i called it moxie everyday since,i hope it knows its name.hehe.
Moxie is super super uber annoying,like u are in the kitchen,it will keeping wailing thr,miaaoo~miaooo~miaoo~
then u open the door moxie will dart into the house and brush its fur onto ur legs.
Then kept on miao miao miao...

then worst is,during dinner time,
its meaowed even louder!u cant open u glass door connecting to the kitchen caz it will come i nand sit beside u and u prolly needa to shoo it away for a few perfect times to get it out.hehe.
yes,i do not like cats,i like dogs only,cats r prolly annoying!!
rita was bad,but she was not like that,she doesnt meow so friggin long!
She um,knows how to play dead and ignore.dead when sleeping hardly hearing u calling out for her and ignore when she walks pass u and hav u screaming out for the mud several times.rita is that bad.-__-"
but ill choose to hav her ignoring me at times.hehe.


Then mum and dad came during sunday.
Oh boy do they have a lot to do for me,i need them to go shopping,visit the dentist caz i ate jacobs biscuits for lunch but it was a lil bit too hard,it made 2 of my brackets come off,one of it is attachedto the molar tooth and that large bracket even TORE!eee~
The nurse ask me,hey,how u manage to tear the bracket?
i just told her in a small voice,"um jacobs crackers..**blushing a lil at the same time*caz so embarassing -_-"

Last Sunday i played badminton with angie,jasnie and vincent.So long didnt play man,The last time i played was with jacinta?hehe,1year ago i think.hmm,not bad,when i started to play,wwhile i was about to swing the racket ah,it flew to to opposite side and landed quite gracefully on the floor,tadaaa!hehee!yea,so pro hor.HEHEH!

i used the comb to scrap away some of the burnt parts and it better now,thank God my hair in the front is long,so it covered most of the burnt sides!

I bathed all five of my dogs this morning and also a quarter past the afternoon,woke up at 8am+ish.My head was a little dizzy,things in my vision spun around.dizzy wizzy~

Ate oatmeal for breakfast but i keep it plain today,i only added milk to the plain rolled oats for a change,not making it fancy with any additional raisins,apricots,prunes,flaked cereals.neh,Got to cut it all off,fruits still contain monosaccharides and they re high in GI value.hehee.Remember?Im on the starting of a soldiers diet!=D.wink*S.

Started off with the first lucky mud to be bathed was Rita-ri.
Surprisingly obedient!0.0!

I shampooed her halfway and i had a stomache,so i rushed to use the toilet and the poor dog waited for minutes for me to come back and continue her bath.heeeee!=D

After i bathed and dried her,i took a sweet close up of her.(=

She was remorsed with her new *CLEAN* appearance,ran 80miles per hour to the garden and snugged on one of mum`s precious bushes.its called the "twinkle twinkle little star bush"=D!







Then it was Smoochie doochie`s turn.She was much easier caz she`s tiny.HAHAS.




Next lucky dog was Chico,a male dog,its appearance is similar to Rita`s but it was sort of different in the eyes,prettier,like vincent chin.HAHAS!no offence duh angel boy~!:P,An additional piar of illusive eyelids.i bathed it ina rush to be in time for lunch,hence i did not take any pictures of it,same as Dino the dinosaur.
I mean Dino the daddy dog.=X.
Annoying pooch,he kept howling becaz he was the LAST to be bathed as he has the shortest fur.He look clean wad..

And then,i baked toyland cake.kidding la..its marble cake.heehees...=p

first u ready up 3 separated colours of batter,pink,vanilla and chocolate~




Put it scoop by scoop with the colours placed alternately.
Later skew it with two sticks.and place it into the oven.

The Pink food color stained my hands see!



And it also stained the greasing paper,hehe,it looks so nice eh~!



When the cake is baked,u ready the icing layer.once again,the pink food coloring stained my hand-_-"~

I spatted the icing on top of the cooled and *NAKED* cake. hehe..

Topped it with prunes and raisins,sprinkle lightly some chocolate rice and candy balls.

2.The South Beach diet-Eat as many good carbs such as veggie n whole meal grains,as u like

3.The Zone diet-12 mini meals per day,a balanced mix of carbohydrate,protein n fat.

4.Food combining-Eat as much fruit as u like thru out d day,meal times,its either carbohydrate with veggies or protein with veggies,eating protein and carbohydrate is highly restricted!

5.Glycaemic index(GI)diet-Any food with low GI value,including apples,beans,oats n wholegrains.

6.Macrobiotic diet-50%of diet based on wholegrains such as brown rice,with remainder made up frm vegetables,beans and tofu.Kinda lik wad the japs eat.yea.Much more on the organic side.

7.Blood group diet-Group o:eat as much meat as u want,cut on carbohydrates and dairy
GroupA:tuck in plenty of grains n fish.avoid red meat.
